About Poet

Poet Becky Aberra

Poetbeckyaberra blog is all about connecting with each reader through words. Communicating heart to heart with a powerful yet simple words. Being able to express how others and I myself feel. The purpose for Poetbeckyaberra blog is to encourage others and help them see that there is always a way. To help others see the beauty and blessing in every battle they fight in their life. That you can have a personal relationship with God. Writing about life, love, God and everything from the heart helps me to be honest and connect with my readers more. Poetbeckyaberra words are from the heart.  The world can make you the smartest person on earth, but the word of God gives you wisdom. Wisdom to see life in a way you never did before. Helps you to see beauty and hope in a dead situation. Writing and sharing to the world the love, peace and rest you feel inside. Life is more than just going to school, graduating college, getting a good stable job, having a family and die. No, I believe that we are all called for a higher purpose in life than to live and die. We are not here to just exist. We are not born without a purpose. We all have a mission to complete in this short life we have.

I am a student and writer living in Norway, Oslo. My interests range from writing to photography. I started this blog when I was at my lowest point in life. I have been through some difficulties in my life and the fact that I am still here stronger than ever encourages me to write more.  Sharing the words from my heart in an art form to the world and relating to my readers. To see my writing helping and encouraging my readers. To help my readers see the beauty in hard times in life gives me joy. I write every day hoping I would give hope for the hopeless. I try to put in words how much our Heavenly Father loves us. To show that God is not an Angry God but Love.

“When I am writing, I am trying to find out who I am, who we are, what we’re capable of, how we feel, how we lose and stand up, and go on from darkness into darkness. I’m trying for that. But I’m also trying for the language. I’m trying to see how it can really sound. I really love language. I love it for what it does for us, how it allows us to explain the pain and the glory, the nuances, and delicacies of our existence. And then it allows us to laugh, allows us to show it. Real wit is shown in language. We need language.”
